Subas is a Partner in Oliver Wyman with over twenty years of digital risk and compliance consulting experience. He has led the design and delivery of a number of next-generation digital platforms, including risk and compliance functions on utilising combinations of advanced analytics, machine learning and automation tools.
Prior to this, he was a senior Partner at a Big4 Professional Accounting Firm where he led the EMEA advisory practice for enterprise GRC (eGRC), Risk and Regulatory Technology-led transformation. Subas has been an adviser to the UNCDF, Gates Foundation and Omidyar Network as well as working closely with the FCA on designing and delivering data ontologies for machine-readable regulations.
Adedayo Banwo is a lawyer for Deutsche Bank in London where he has worked in a variety of Legal and Compliance roles.
Adedayo is former regulator and also Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Task Force on Financial Engineering for Economic Development which advises regulators in emerging markets and multilateral institutions on building effective infrastructure for capital markets. Adedayo is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
Colin recently joined BNY Mellon as a Regulatory Product Manager and is responsible for all products affected by Regulations within the Asset Servicing sector, focusing on key areas such as MiFID II, GDPR and MMFR.He currently represents BNY on multiple RegTech panels and industry event advisory boards, whilst helping to co-ordinate the BNY Mellon Tax & Regulatory Client Forum.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Colin spent 4 years at Barclays as an Industry & Regulatory Engagement Lead for Data Management, working with RegTech and vendor solution providers to assess solutions to meet the upcoming regulatory challenges. Colin was also Global Product Manager for Omgeo CTM and worked at a number of Investment Bank institutions including Deutsche Bank, Nomura, and Goldman Sachs, across a broad range of data management, client service and project management roles.
Andrew has more than 25 years experience of business development in high growth organizations across technology, information services and financial services.
Previous roles include Head of Proposition Marketing - Specialist Markets & Communities; Head of Proposition Marketing – GRC for Thomson Reuters; Chief Marketing Officer for global risk intelligence provider World-Check; and business development roles for ERP software vendor Tetra plc and supply-chain software vendor Strategix. Andrew holds an MSc with Distinction in Management and Marketing and in 2001 was elected Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
