What does World-Check One offer me that Screening Online does not?
Following on from the recent communication sent to your business contact, Screening Online (Complinet) will be withdrawn on 31 March 2019 and the service will no longer be provided from this date. There are various options available for migrating to World-Check One:

Below is a summary of the steps you will take to upgrade to World-Check One:
Your migration specialist will work with you to prepare your data ready for migration from Screening Online to World-Check One.ADVERSE MEDIA
Media Check is our new premium Media offering in World-Check One. If you are users of Adverse Media in Screening Online you will automatically get access to Media Check and our migration specialist will discuss this with you in more detail.SCHEDULING THE MIGRATION
A convenient date will be booked to migrate all of your data. This involves some down-time. The length of the process will vary depending on the number of records which will be transferred. Thomson Reuters will ensure this does not impact your screening schedule. Access to Screening Online will no longer be available.
World-Check One is the award winning screening platform from Thomson Reuters which will provide you with an enhanced experience and more functionality to improve and speed up the customer due diligence process.
Over the coming months, a member of the World-Check One team will contact the main business contact in your company in order to explain the process and to agree on a convenient date for the migration to World-Check One.
Your business contact is the person within your organisation responsible for your current Screening Online subscription. If you do not know who this is, then please contact us for assistance by clicking here.
The main business contact has been informed of the migration to World-Check One via email. Shortly after receipt of notification, a member of the World-Check One team will also be in direct contact to explain the upgrade process, including user training and support, answer any questions you may have, and to agree a convenient time/date for Thomson Reuters to upgrade your Screening Online account to World-Check One.
All data, including case audit history will be migrated to your new World-Check One account. This will be completed by the World-Check One team, the details of which will be explained when you are contacted. Once complete, your Screening Online account will be inactivated. You and your users will have access to World-Check One to continue your screening and remediation.
Dependent on the volume of your audit data, this process should require minimal down-time for users. During this time, we would require users not to use Screening Online to ensure a smooth transition of your audit data. Any downtime will be agreed in advance with your business contact.
You will have access to Screening Online up until the agreed time for any data migration. At this point, users will be required to stop using Screening Online in order to ensure a smooth transition of your audit data. Once complete, screening and remediation can continue on World-Check One. Dependent on the volume of audit data, the process should require minimal down-time for users.
World-Check One will be pre-configured to provide you with an experience as near to your current solution as possible. If you are an Administrator you can make changes to your settings and can learn how to do so in a training session or by watching the Administration Tools video here.
You will need to register for World-Check One, and you can choose your own username and password (which could be the same as your existing Screening Online details). You will receive your access details via email on the date of upgrade agreed upon by your main business contact and the World-Check One product team.
Based upon the upgrade schedule agreed with your business contact, you will receive your training access details for World-Check One via email. Users will then be required to train on the new system prior to any data migration taking place, after which screening and remediation can continue on World-Check One.
